This Website is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Like most standard websites, the Company uses log files. However, none of the information stored in the Company’s log files, including but not limited to IP addresses, is directly linked to personally identifiable information.

5. HOW THE COMPANY USES THE INFORMATION

The Company may use the personally identifiable information collected by the Company to contact customers regarding products and services offered by the Company to the extent the User has agreed to it. The Company does not share personal information with any third party unless it is required to do so in order to deliver the products and services or the company is required to by law. For all domain registrations, your registrant details are passed to the domain registrar in accordance with the Domain Terms and Conditions. Only .UK domains offer an Opt-Out for personal registrations, but the domain registration process still requires the registrant information to be passed to the .UK registry.

7. NEWS, UPDATES AND OFFERS

The Company’s customers and users will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and possibly a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of users, the Company presents the option to not receive these types of communications. Users can also elect to unsubscribe from these communications at any time if they change their mind about receiving them in the future.

8. SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS

On occasion, it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement, if, for instance, a service is temporarily suspended for maintenance. Generally, users may not opt out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

The Company does not collect or store any payment information and so it is not possible for us to expose your payment information should a security breach occur.
